We accept credit cards and PayPal.
Taxes must be paid by all eligible residents.
International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). If your order qualifies for custom duties and fees, this is your responsibility to pay them. We cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange if your sizing didn’t turn out the way you wanted.
The cost of postage for all returns for exchange must be taken care of by the buyer (you).
If you are not sure what size to pick, please message me before you purchase, we’ll provide you with all possible assistance.
If you have a problem with your order, we’ll do what we can to help.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Send us a message to info@properrussian.com asking to cancel your order. In that case we won’t hold it against you.
If we’ve already processed and shipped your order, however, the item will need to be returned to us in pristine condition at your expense. We will then issue the appropriate refund.
